Tell us about access
Please let us know whether the waste is inside or outside, how many stairs are involved and where the vehicle can park. Collections from flats, garages and commercial premises may need additional planning. Arrange access with the person who will be at the property, and identify the items to be removed before the team arrives.
What areas do you cover?
We collect waste across Brighton & Hove and East and West Sussex, including Worthing, Lewes, Newhaven, Eastbourne, Crawley and surrounding areas. Enter your collection postcode when requesting a booking so the team can confirm availability.
Can you collect today?
Same-day and next-day collections may be available, depending on your location, the waste and the team’s schedule. Call 01273 282888 for an urgent collection. A requested date is only confirmed once the team has agreed it with you.
What does the price include?
Our published guide prices include labour, loading and responsible disposal. Volume, weight, waste type, parking and access can affect the final quote. We confirm the agreed price before work begins.
Do I need to move everything outside?
Tell us where the waste is located. We can help with lifting and loading, including clearances inside properties where suitable access is arranged. Let us know about stairs, lifts, narrow passages and the distance to parking before your collection.
What can’t go in a standard collection?
Asbestos, chemicals and medical waste are not accepted. Plasterboard, electrical items, upholstered seating and other specialist materials need to be identified before collection so the correct handling and price can be agreed.
